Requirements:
1. Min 3 years selling Air Freight for an airline carrier within middle east
2. Min 3 years selling Air Freight from within Freight Forwarding (dedicated to airfreight)
3. Bachelor Degree desirable
4. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
Responsibilities:
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities whilst identifying opportunities for growth within existing business.
- Actively seek, identify and develop sales pipeline of airfreight customers within the UAE
- Undertake Joint sales with field sales, strategic sakes and Key account sales to actively promote and sell Air Freight
- Work in conjunction with the Airfreight Product Manager (operations) to develop strategic alliances with the Carriers to optimize price strategy, core trade lanes and volume price reductions.
- Arrange face to face meetings with key decision makers at the client’s side to sell the Air Freight product
- Maintain an active CRM Pipeline reflective of the CM1 Budget for the role.
- Present solutions to the client using PowerPoint or other appropriate method for presenting the service offering.
- Close the sale and assist in the implantation process linking in with operations, customer service and senior management teams.
- Manage the relationship between the dedicated operations team, client, finance and any other key growth targets.
- Follow up on invoicing and billing with the customers and ensure the credit limits are adhered to. Coordinate with the in-house finance regularly
- Ensure product training is delivered to the field sales team by way of undertaking both joint sales calls and in house sales training seminars
- Ensure that CRM CM1 and volume projections are delivered through maintaining exiting accounts, development of new accounts and developing additional business opportunities with key business partners
- Ensure risk is minimized through full and proper documentation of all transaction and verbal commitments between customer and the company as well as between sales and operation.
Requirements:
- Microsoft Office Skills

- Knowledge of incoterms (Preferable)
- Fast learner & committed worker (On the Job training will be provided)

Responsibilities:
- Co-ordination and communication with various parties (including customers, overseas agents)
- Perform airlines space reservation (via phone, fax, email, etc.)
- Monitoring and following up of import shipment and checking shipment status regularly
- Attending phone calls from customers
- Processing shipments in EDI software
- Arranging local handling services
- Liaising with carriers
- Provide input into various internal and departmental reporting mechanism: Monthly reports
- Perform duties as assigned by manager
- .5 days/ week (Alternate Saturdays after confirmation)

- Basic salary SGD1600-SGD2000
